GENERAL MANAGER ITALY

Tailor&Fox, an International Headhunting firm, is collaborating with a Multinational leader in automation systems for both B2C and B2B markets operating in the Equipment Installation, Maintenance and Service. With a people-oriented approach, and strong focus on innovation, the Company has entrusted us with the search for the following strategic profile:

GENERAL MANAGER ITALY

This profile will be responsible for managing and further developing the business in Italy, playing a key role in shaping the future strategic direction of the organization.

Key responsabilities :

• Full responsibility for all business operations and results (P&L, balance sheet, etc.).
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales and commercial operations.
• Prepare the annual budget and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with HQ.
• Oversee and enhance direct marketing and advertising plans.
• Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Guarantee company compliance with all local laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

• Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus.
• Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow.
• Proven track record of developing a direct marketing and sales strategies.
• Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service.
• Experience in management and leading personnel.
• Experience in B2C markets is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus).
