Starting from the idea that “ luxury is a state of mind ” and so we all have different interests and needs, we have carefully selected a list of properties, event locations and products that can help you to find your ideal Nest in Italy. We collaborate with local artists, brands, property owners and merchants to provide you the finest Italian experience.

One of the projects of Nest is called Tavolata. Up until now, Tavolata has hosted private events and supper clubs around the world, now we want to take the experience to the next level with our physical locations in different parts of the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for being General Manager of the first location in Milan, Italy. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tavolata House, managing staff, coordinating events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in hospitality management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Financial management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• We are seeking for an Italian person since we are promoting Made in Italy
• Bilingual in English is a must
