General Manager

Overview

Define and execute the company’s business and technology strategy. Translate market opportunities into scalable product and business plans. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology providers, and customers. Support fundraising activities and investor relations when required.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s business and technology strategy.
• Translate market opportunities into scalable product and business plans.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day company operations, ensuring alignment across technical and business functions.
• Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team including software engineers, robotics specialists, and product managers.
• Establish efficient processes for product development, delivery, and customer engagement.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and operational KPIs.

Technical Leadership

• Guide the development of autonomous driving software architectures, including perception, sensor fusion, decision-making, and vehicle control.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure the robustness, safety, and scalability of the platform.
• Work closely with engineering teams to align product roadmap with technological capabilities.
• Maintain awareness of advancements in robotics, autonomous systems, and AI for off-road vehicles.

Business Development

• Engage with customers and partners in sectors such as agriculture, robotics, and industrial automation.
• Support product positioning and commercialization strategies.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in company leadership or senior management roles (e.g., General Manager, CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar).
• Strong people management experience, including leading technical teams.
• Solid technical background in autonomous driving, robotics, or intelligent vehicle systems.
• Experience with technologies such as:
  • Perception systems (computer vision, LiDAR, radar)
  • Sensor fusion
  • Motion planning and control
  • Robotics or autonomous vehicle architectures
• Ability to bridge technical development and business strategy.
• Experience working in startup or fast-growing technology environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous systems for off-road or agricultural vehicles.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applied to perception or robotics.
• Experience working with OEMs or industrial partners.
• Previous involvement in startup scaling or fundraising.
