We are interested in expanding our community of General Manager/CEO with experience in the machinery industry (make to order ) who are highly oriented on structured projects within our client companies (including those backed by private equity).

If you:

• are a General Manager/CEO with experience in the machinery industry, available on short notice, interested and motivated to work on interesting projects with private equity portfolio companies, corporate clients requiring transformation projects, and medium-sized companies scaling up;
• are a manager who has gained your experience in structured and dynamic companies, accustomed to working on an international scale, and with a proven track record in structuring organizations and business processes;
• are a manager capable of diagnosing problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing concrete plans, and pursuing their implementation with determination. Being transparent, concrete and operations, project- and mission-oriented (to make things happen), and capable of achieving results in a short timeframe;
• are a manager capable of driving and implementing change, while managing and motivating your team. Strong team-building capabilities, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional leadership (ability to create and manage teams of people with diverse backgrounds and origins);
• are an experienced manager, able to quickly define and propose clear technical/organizational choices, explain the rationale behind them, and implement them swiftly, while identifying potential benefits and clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of various team members;
• speak English fluently.
