Responsibilities
- Manage general services within the company, including equipment, office supplies, and incoming/outgoing materials, ensuring their proper use.
- Handle reception activities and welcome employees, suppliers, clients, and visitors.
- Support the routing of phone calls, emails, and faxes.
- Support the management, supervision, and monitoring of maintenance activities and company facilities.
Requirements
- Availability to work from the Milan office.
- Availability for a part-time contract (21 hours per week).
- Belonging to protected categories under Italian Law No. 68/1999.
- Ability to work in a team and within a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in administrative support or general services roles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2 level).
