Generative AI Specialist

We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist to join our Technology and Digital function in SW&Analytics Lab team . The candidate will be responsible for analyzing new project requirements, defining feasibility studies, and leading the design and development of Generative AI solutions . They will define technical guidelines, development methodologies, and validation plans , while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role also involves supporting business functions in identifying use cases and KPIs , and collaborating with internal and external partners to define optimal software architectures and infrastructures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements about new Projects, define a feasibility study and, according to that, prepare, in coordination with the Generative AI and AI Innovation team Leader, a related time and cost estimation.
• Define the technical guidelines on the project contents and lead the different project development phases (concept definition, concept selection and design)
• Define a detailed development and validation plan methodology and coordinate with the other involved teams the activity prioritization.
• Support the Business functions in identifying the Uses Cases and the Project KPI’s
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define best software architecture and infrastructure based on application requirements

Your Profile:

Essential:

• Bachelor-master’s degree in computer science, mathematics or other quantitative fields
• Familiarity with Transformer, GAN, Diffusion and VAE architectures
• Deep knowledge of the State Of The Art LLM models
• Demonstrated experience in Gen AI tool development including deployment and validation of e.g. chatbot, doc generation, RAG, multi modal RAG
• Experience in modern software development and deployment
• Familiar with State Of The Art ML libraries e.g. sklearn, PyTorch, Tensorflow
• Good knowledge in LLM orchistration framework e.g. langchain, llamaIndex
• Good experience in vector databases e.g. ChromaDB, FAISS
• Good programming skills on the following languages: Python
• Experience with cloud environments e.g. AWS / Azure
• Good Knowledge of software integration in different environments (Windows, Linux)
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Preferable:

• Experience within the automotive industry – 3 years minimum
• PhD. in machine learning or data science
• Good knowledge of multivariate Statistics principles
