Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships
  • Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
  • Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities
  • Collaborate with the European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large, complex accounts in the semiconductor and/or home appliances market
  • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and maintaining accountability to deliver results in a global environment
  • Proven ability to adapt, grow, and succeed within a large organizational structure
  • Ability to establish relationship from working level to C-level at customers
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
