Global Account Manager


This role will focus on managing a key global customer in the agricultural and construction equipment sector . The selected candidate will serve as the primary global point of contact, coordinating the commercial and operational relationship across all regions and ensuring long-

term customer satisfaction.


  • Serve as the primary interface for all global activities with the assigned strategic account, ensuring alignment between the customer’s global sourcing and R&D teams, local production sites, and the internal organization.
  • Represent the full portfolio of products, solutions, systems, and capabilities to the strategic customer, ensuring expectations are met through effective global coordination.
  • Act as the operational account manager for customer locations within the candidate’s region of residence.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the annual global strategy for the strategic customer account.
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with key customer stakeholders (e.g., Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Assurance).
  • Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales growth and strategic objectives, including both existing and new business.
  • Initiate and oversee the development of customized solutions addressing specific customer needs, involving internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in coordination with internal product and business development teams.
  • Negotiate global agreements (e.g., LTAs, NDAs) with the customer in alignment with internal company guidelines.
  • Maintain responsibility for the global pricing strategy and profitability of the strategic account.
  • Analyze supplier evaluations and drive corrective actions to sustain performance ratings above expectations.
  • Conduct regular, in-person visits to all key customer locations and stakeholders, working closely with local key account managers.
  • Deliver detailed monthly reports to senior management, including accurate sales forecasts, performance updates, and other reporting as required by Group Management.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing input and data on the global account.
  • Plan and prepare strategies, commercial offers, project proposals, and new product launches in alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Global Account Management team to ensure consistency across all regions.
  • Work closely with Product Management to resolve technical issues and promote product solutions.
  • Report to the Head of Global Account Management, who reports directly to the CEO.
