NXP’s EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals eager to join a talented international team engaging with customers to deploy the latest technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute key account strategies to maximize profitable NXP sales within leading Industrial & Automotive customers in Italy, focusing on growth areas such as Electrical/Electronics, UWB, Electrification & Vehicle Connectivity, Factory Automation, Power & Energy, and Home & Building Automation.
- Identify cooperation opportunities with NXP experts and negotiate contracts that result in win-win outcomes.
- Drive new product definitions in collaboration with customers and NXP Business Lines to ensure long-term success in key markets.
- Understand customer vision, strategy, opportunities, issues, and both short- and long-term goals.
- Analyze customer hierarchy and decision-makers, gathering insights at all levels.
- Build and develop strategic relationships within accounts across management levels.
- Measure success based on NXP sales growth and new design wins in your territory.
Your Profile
- Electrical engineering degree or similar; knowledge of electronic/semiconductor products in automotive and industrial environments.
- Customer and business-focused with flexibility, motivation, and strong networking skills at all management levels.
- Ability to explain complex technical content convincingly to diverse audiences.
- Proven success in challenging business environments.
- Maintain technical expertise amidst evolving technology.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in Italian and English.
- Team player in a global, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
