Yokohama TWS invites early-career professionals to join NextGen, a graduate program designed to accelerate growth into global marketing and brand leadership. The program offers multi-country assignments and hands-on experience across different business functions, starting at our Tivoli HQ.
During up to 48 months, you will complete assignments of 12–18 months each, collaborating with regional teams and external agencies to execute brand initiatives and campaigns.
