As our Global Brand Manager - JULÄINE, you will be responsible for the branding and marketing strategy of our newly developed bio-stimulating aesthetic injectable. Your key objective will be to translate the brand strategy into multi-channel tactics that drive customer and patient engagement, ensuring a successful international launch. You will be part of our dynamic Global Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director, and collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, R&D, and Commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop international customer and consumer marketing strategies aligned with commercial strategies, considering local demands.
  • Lead professional marketing strategies towards clinics and HCPs, as well as consumer branding towards patients.
  • Ensure product positioning, branding, and messaging are consistent across all communication channels, with a local touch in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Support the international strategic brand plan in collaboration with the Marketing Director and local marketing teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for local marketing teams and drive best practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HCP and patient journeys and product experience.
  • Lead, create, and deliver integrated brand campaigns, including field sales materials and HCP marketing assets across channels.
  • Analyze and research the aesthetics market and follow trends.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and ROI on campaigns and channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to share experiences and gather market insights.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 3-5 years of product marketing experience in medical devices within the aesthetics industry.
  • Experience working in a central or international marketing role, including developing international brand campaigns.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Qualifications That Make You Stand Out

  • A university degree in marketing, pharma, or related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in product launches, including strategy and implementation.
  • Scientifically literate.
