The Role

We are looking for a Global Brand Specialist to join our team Strategic Marketing based in Milan.


Key Responsibilities:

· To collaborate in the strategic definition of the brands Laura Biagiotti, Angel Schlesser and Mandarina Duck , contributing to the brand/s platform and guidelines design;

· To propose and collaborate with the managers in developing the brand/s Marketing Plans (goals, priorities, marketing mix, actions and calendar) aligned with the brand/s and marketing strategy and business objectives defined;

· To support the Brand Manager to develop, in detail, the marketing actions included in the Marketing Plans approved (launches, promotional activities, digital marketing activities, etc.), optimizing the budget assigned to the brand and ensuring its strategic alignment;

· To constantly monitor the Marketing plans impact on business results, with the information provided by International Marketing Coordination team, in order to take or propose short-term corrective actions if needed, and also to gain market feedback to be considered in long-term strategies and plans;

· To pay attention to all the COGs for products, POP and GWP items to be developed vs the COGs objective;

· To help the Global Digital Marketing Coordinator in operative duties (i.e. purchase orders, product deliveries, graphic topics, power point set ups).


What We Are Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus;

· 2–3 years of experience in in the strategic marketing function or in the trade marketing function, ideally in beauty, fashion, jewellery, accessories markets;

· Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;

· Analytical attitude;

· Excellent use of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

· With car driving license wished but not mandatory;

· Proactive, motivated, passionated, curios and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
