Experteer Overview

You will lead the indirect materials purchasing function within a global team, shaping sourcing strategy for professional services and ensuring uninterrupted supply at optimal cost. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service, Marketing, HR and Legal to align procurement with business goals. You’ll coach a team, negotiate contracts, and monitor savings, reporting progress to stakeholders. This role offers a chance to drive cost efficiency and cross‑functional impact at scale.

• Create and implement sourcing strategy to maximize cost reduction, quality and delivery performance
• Establish procedures for purchasing goods and services
• Lead commercial negotiations of supplier contracts
• Manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers
• Ensure accuracy in reporting savings and cost avoidances
• Prepare annual budget with relevant functions and departments
• Propose process and tool improvements
• Monitor market trends, communicate risks and opportunities
• Drive strategic cooperation with cross‑functional functions (Finance, Sales, Service, Marketing, HR, Legal)

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields
• Fluent Italian and English (written and oral)
• 5 years’ experience in Purchasing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles

Requisiti fondamentali

• Base salary 50,000–60,000 EUR
• Variable compensation
