Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager

As the Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager, you will steer global customer data analysis to inform Regions and Countries. You serve as the Global CoE for customer insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals and uplift marketing impact and revenue. You manage data workflows, dashboards, and KPI reporting, turning insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders. This role blends analytics, data governance, and strategic CRM initiatives at Amplifon’s Milan HQ.

• Provide leadership and coordination to deliver on project objectives
• Analyze data from multiple databases to optimize business insights
• Translate data insights into concise recommendations for marketers and stakeholders
• Lead product, pricing, and revenue analyses with KPI monitoring and reporting
• Create ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions
• Design data flows from a data warehouse using SQL (Python a plus)
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards ensuring data quality and readability
• Gather customer insights from Speech Analytics
• Coordinate CRM projects with Global IT and manage Data Governance and Data Rooms
• University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
• ≥6 years in handling large data sets, statistical models, and dashboards
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI or equivalent BI tools
• Advanced SQL; Python is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, mathematical abilities and business acumen
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel occasionally
