PVJets is a premier aviation charter company, specializing exclusively in private jet charter services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, celebrities, and corporate clients. With over 20 years of expertise, PVJets is recognized for its operational excellence and reliability by EBAA and NBAA.

From its headquarters in Milan and operational offices in Lugano and Dubai , PVJets executes over 1,000 private jet missions per year in 80+ countries, offering 24/7 mission control, global access to aircraft, and bespoke concierge-level support.

We are now looking for a Global Director to lead our international expansion and the development of new offices in key markets including France, the UK, the Gulf, and the US. This is a strategic role for an entrepreneurial and internationally connected executive who can bring together executional rigor and luxury service intuition.

Role Overview

The Global Director will report directly to the Founding Partners and will be responsible for scaling the PVJets global footprint. This includes identifying growth markets, setting up new operations, forming local partnerships, and building high-performing commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Expansion Strategy

Develop and execute international market entry plans with focus on Paris, London, Riyadh, and New York.

• Operational Development

Launch and manage new local offices, ensuring alignment with brand standards and service excellence.

• Partnerships & Market Penetration

Build strategic relationships with aircraft operators, airport partners, UHNW intermediaries, and luxury travel players.

• Team Hiring & Leadership

Recruit, onboard, and mentor local commercial and operations teams, maintaining a performance-driven culture.

• Revenue Growth

Define and implement local sales strategies that drive jet charter demand and premium retention.

• Brand Visibility & Client Experience

Elevate PVJets’ positioning through partnerships, events, and direct engagement with the UHNW community.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a senior professional with both strategic vision and operational discipline — someone ready to take PVJets to the next level of global scale.

• Experience

• 10+ years in senior roles in private aviation, luxury travel, transportation, or ultra-high-end services

• Experience in strategic consulting firms (e.g. Bain, BCG, McKinsey) is highly valued

• Proven success in launching offices, entering new markets, and scaling international operations

• Mindset

• Visionary yet hands-on, capable of navigating complexity with agility

• Comfortable with high-stakes decisions and fast-paced global environments

• Track Record

• Demonstrated growth in revenue, profitability, and market share in prior roles

• Solid metrics to validate past success and capacity to deliver results

• Global Fluency

• Proven leadership across Switzerland, Italy, UAE, France, and the US

• Fluent in English; French, Italian or Arabic are strong assets

• Leadership Style

• Bold, decisive, and people-oriented

• Capable of building multicultural teams and representing the brand at top-tier events
