Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a talented and experienced Global Education Manager for our Travel Retail Beauty division . This role will be responsible for driving sallout growth and enhancing the brand presence across Emea, Americas, and Apac regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape and a passion for luxury brands.
Key Challenges in This Role:
- Cultural Adaptation: Navigating different cultural preferences and retail practices across all the regions to deliver tailored training and educational programs.
- Sales Performance: Continuously analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that effectively boost sellout.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all Beauty Advisors deliver a consistent brand experience and messaging across diverse global locations, especially in high-traffic airport environments.
- Training Development: Designing engaging and effective training modules that resonate with Beauty Advisors and empower them to promote the brand effectively.
This role is pivotal in maximizing Dolce&Gabbana's presence in travel retail, requiring a strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global training programs for Beauty Advisors in travel retail locations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to maximize sellout and brand visibility within airport retail spaces.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders , including regional education managers and travel retail partners.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent brand messaging and exceptional customer experiences across all counters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the beauty travel retail sector, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and brand presence in a global retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to various cultural contexts.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for education and training.
