Green Energy Senior Global Manager Position Overview
As Green Energy Senior Global Manager, your role will be pivotal in defining strategic guidelines and supporting various geographies in implementing national plans in line with our company's strategy and policies. The Senior Manager will oversee all energy‑related activities coordination at Atlante’s European teams into the deployment of renewable and flexible energy solutions that enhance the performance and sustainability of the charging network. Enable a competitive and resilient energy strategy in Atlante’s geographies, supporting the company’s growth while ensuring cost efficiency and disciplined risk management. Strengthen the sustainability and performance of the charging network through the effective integration and optimization of renewable and flexible energy assets. Support regulatory compliance and environmental value creation by managing CO₂ mechanisms and Guarantees of Origin, while enabling data‑driven decision‑making aligned with Atlante’s long‑term strategic objectives. Core Responsibilities
Oversee the energy portfolio with a strong adherence to company risk policies. Support the deployment and optimization of energy assets, such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Photovoltaic (PV) assets. Guarantee coordination and consistency among the different countries and tools. Develop automated dashboards for comprehensive reporting and analyses. Manage the CO2 credit mechanism as per RED III regulations. Handle the administration of Guarantees of Origin (GOs). Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics with specialization in the Energy Sector. +10 years of experience in Utilities (pricing, sourcing‑hedging, energy management) or a similar domain. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous. Strong analytical abilities and excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in the Mobility Sector is strongly recommended. Previous experience in PV feasibility and development and flexibility market projects, especially with BESS, is considered a plus.
