Global Hospitality Marketing Lead

Our client is an internationally expanding hospitality company currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support its continued growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across international markets
• Drive brand positioning, PR, and communication activities with a strong focus on B2C audiences
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and events, including collaborations with local partners, media, and communities
• Manage relationships with local agencies, press, and stakeholders
• Organize and attend events and activations to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee social media, digital presence, and brand consistency across all locations
• Contribute to positioning the company towards real estate investors, supporting broader business visibility

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the hospitality industry; candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, PR, branding, and social media
• Experience working across multiple locations or international markets
• Hands‑on, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
• Comfortable working in a highly mobile role with frequent travel
• Fluent English skills and professional proficiency in either French, German, or Italian
