A dynamic IT consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional to join their Milan office. The role involves defining and maintaining processes aligned with ITIL and ISO standards while leading process harmonization initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in ITAM and strong knowledge of ITIL practices. The position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment with minimal travel expected. Knowledge of ServiceNow is also a plus.
