GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – Rif. H25378


Our Client is a Multinational Company, and we have been entrusted to recruit the Global Key Account Manager


Location: Marche


Role

Drive global growth by securing strategic partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and optimizing regional sales to enhance customer success and market leadership


Activities

  • Lead and manage strategic global accounts, ensuring strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value global agreements with key client.
  • Oversee product customization projects to meet specific client needs, coordinating with the Global Project Manager, R&D and production teams.
  • Coordinate and manage the whole sales process for key accounts, ensure to achieve revenue and margin target with risk management sense
  • Establish a network of global accounts and manage the accounts through a network of regional sales and service managers
  • Collaborate with the Branch Managers and Regional Sales Directors to optimize sales performance in individual markets.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of global agreements across different regions.
  • Align internal stakeholders (CS, marketing, finance, supply chain) to support key account initiatives.
  • Track sales performance and key account metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at international industry events and client meetings.


Key Competencies

  • Extensive experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the foodservice equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value global agreements with major accounts. Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate a team across different regions.
  • Project management expertise, especially in handling product customization requests.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities at an executive level. Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute account growth plans.
  • Deep market knowledge of the sector and its key players.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally
