Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead global L&D initiatives for Microsoft's hyperscale cloud operations, shaping learning strategy and program execution. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders to design tailored curricula and measure impact with data‑driven insights. You’ll drive talent development and upskilling across global Cloud Operations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions. This role offers international exposure and a chance to influence a learning culture across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

Responsabilità

• Experience in L&D consulting or management consulting (global scale) with a proven track record in workforce transformation and skilling programs
• Exposure to change management in technology/datacenter environments
• Ability to meet security screening requirements (Microsoft Cloud Background Check)
