Experteer Italy is seeking an XPS & Training Manager to lead global Continuous Improvement initiatives. You will work as a change agent, mentor employees, and drive lean implementation across Europe. This role involves significant collaboration with local teams and overseeing training programs.
The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in a global environment with deep expertise in CI methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Experience in driving transformation in complex organizations is essential.
This position will require international travel up to 60% of the time.
