Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Learning & Instructional Design Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team, reporting to the Global Learning & Development Manager.

Such talent will focus on supporting Learning & Development activities and processes.


In particular, you will:


  • Actively contribute to the revamp of our internal E-Learning platform , in line with our L&D strategy: content upload, KPI monitoring, engagement actions
  • Support the instructional design of learning content , with a focus on visual and digital appeal (e.g., layout design, infographics, visual storytelling)
  • Collaborate in the creation of engaging training solutions (live sessions, e-learnings, learning materials), learning to align content with business and HR objectives
  • Assist in day-to-day training activities (e.g. mapping and activating new learning partnerships, formazione finanziata , budget monitoring)
  • Take part in the rollout and operational setup of L&D initiatives across the company
  • Gain exposure to key HR topics and contribute to their communication through learning content


What you will need to succeed

  • Degree/Master in due to finalization or recently achieved
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (above all in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Good knowledge of graphic design, video editing tools , or e-learning content creation platforms is mandatory
  • Strong passion for Learning and Digital tools
