Global Mobility Assistant (Part-Time 50%)

The role supports the management of international employee relocations, helping ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families.

Responsibilities

• Initial experience (including internships) in HR, relocation, or similar areas
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude

Qualifications

• Initial experience (including internships) in relocation, HR or similar fields
• Basic understanding of employee relocation processes
• Interest in working with external providers and international contexts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset

Required Skills

• Degree or equivalent background
• Good level of English
• Italian and/or French are a plus

Contract details

• National Collective Labor Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL), 3rd or 4th level;
• Offered salary range: €15,000–€20,000 gross annual salary;
• Initial fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 12 months
