We are seeking a committed and professionally driven agronomist to join our Raw Materials & Agricultural Projects team within Global R&I. In line with our company’s values —responsibility, proximity, and progress— this role contributes directly to strengthening our agricultural supply chains and supporting innovation across global sourcing regions.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct field assessments and agronomic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement across our raw material supply chains
Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural trials and research initiatives
Collaborate closely with growers, technical partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to promote sustainable and high‑quality agricultural practices
Produce clear, accurate documentation and contribute to structured reporting aligned with internal standards
Actively embody our values in interactions with partners and colleagues while contributing to a transparent, constructive working environment
Your Profile:
Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience: previous experience in technical assistance or supply chain coordination roles is preferred
Strong knowledge of crop management and sustainable cultivation methods
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respectful and solution oriented collaboration
Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
Availability for frequent business travel (approx. 50% of working time), including continuous intercontinental assignments of 5 months
