Generali Group's Head Office is seeking a Reinsurance Buyer to design and secure optimal reinsurance protections for the P&C portfolio. You will align protections with corporate strategy, market conditions and stakeholder needs, shaping risk transfer for the group.
You will negotiate terms with reinsurers or brokers, manage sidecar structures and ongoing commercial relationships, and provide leadership in reinsurance reporting to top management and regulators.
