Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Retail Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Retail team, reporting to the Global Retail Manager.

Such talent will focus on 3 main areas: Global Retail Marketing, Customer Experience initiatives, Omnichannel & Digital tools.

In particular you will:

• Lead the analysis of competition with deep dives on Retail Marketing activities
• Follow up with multifunctional team in the HQ and with the countries on feedbacks on Global Retail Action Plan
• Follow up on the Retail Excellence and KIKO Milano Beauty Services program in order to elevate the Customer Experience
• Catches new opportunities on Retail Marketing, following up on countries activities and plan with landlords (creation of a database of share and reapply best practices)
• Support on creating POP materials and tools for the KIKO Milano Beauty Services and Retail Marketing action plans.
• Manage Drive to store digital tools such as Google My Business and Store Locator (contents management, customer insights and google analytical results).

What you will need to succeed

• Degree/Master in Economy or Marketing
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience in Retail or in Marketing / Trade Marketing will be a plus
• Passion for beauty business and good understanding of the retail industry and trends
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly good skills on Power Point and Excel)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
