You will lead end-to-end alert governance, collaborate with local teams to diagnose root causes and monitor performance against SLAs, while driving improvements in processes and system capabilities.
The role requires 3–5 years in serialization management, with a deep understanding of market-specific obligations and regulatory alignment.
