Please note: This is a full-time, five-days-a-week in-office position. Smart working is not an option, and applicants must be fully available to work on-site.

-- MISSION --

As Global Social Media Manager, you will own the global social media strategy from the ground up—not just implementing, but creating and defining how the brand shows up across every major platform. This is a pivotal, highly visible role where you’ll work closely with creative, product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure every post, story, and campaign is part of a bigger strategic picture that fuels growth and strengthens brand consistency worldwide.

-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

  • Define and lead the global social media strategy, aligned with the brand’s positioning and growth goals.
  • Manage all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent messaging, voice, and creative direction.
  • Plan and oversee the editorial calendar, community management, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate external creative agencies for campaign execution, from briefing to reporting.
  • Lead digital campaigns supporting product launches and key commercial moments, ensuring alignment with broader brand initiatives
  • Use analytics and KPIs to optimise strategy and content performance.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and emerging platforms, bringing fresh, strategic ideas to the table.
  • Manage budgets to maximise both reach and creative impact.

-- REQUIREMENTS --

  • Proven global or HQ-level experience in leading social media strategy, not just execution.
  • Strong track record in fast-paced industries such as retail, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Experience not only in agencies but also within a B2C company, managing social media from the brand side.
  • Data-driven with a creative mindset—comfortable working with insights, analytics, and KPIs.
  • Confident in managing multiple platforms with a consistent global voice.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to influence stakeholders across markets.
  • Full-time presence in Bergamo (five days per week) is essential.
