-- MISSION --

The Global Social Media Manager will lead the definition and execution of a comprehensive global social media strategy, enhancing visibility, engagement, and brand consistency across all digital platforms. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and commercial teams to deliver compelling content and impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.


-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

  • Develop and implement a global social media strategy that reflects the brand’s positioning and supports international growth.
  • Manage all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent messaging, voice, and creative direction.
  • Plan and oversee the editorial calendar, community management, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate internal content teams and external creative agencies for campaign execution, from briefing to reporting.
  • Lead digital campaigns supporting product launches and key commercial moments, ensuring alignment with broader brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to create engaging digital content for partner platforms and retail networks.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize the social media approach.
  • Keep track of industry trends and platform innovations, translating them into strategic recommendations and creative ideas.
  • Manage budgets effectively, balancing media spend and content production to achieve campaign KPIs.


-- REQUIREMENTS --

  • At least 6 years of experience in social media management at an international level.
  • Expertise in all major social platforms, their algorithms, and usage across different audiences and geographies.
  • Proven ability to build digital communities, drive engagement, and scale content strategies.
  • Strong creative sensibility, with an eye for storytelling, visual culture, and emerging trends.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social metrics to guide decisions.
  • Solid understanding of paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and media performance tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multi-country initiatives across departments and partners.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
