Role Description The Sourcing Manager leads a remote team responsible for supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation across our resale product categories. This role owns the end-to-end sourcing process, building strong supplier relationships while driving cost savings, quality, and supply chain resilience. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor and ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) with strong negotiation and communication skills, ensuring our commercial team has the right products at competitive prices, quality, and performance to meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop an assigned team to execute effective sourcing strategies, measured by profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute

sourcing strategies for resale product lines, balancing cost, quality, lead time, and risk • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements • Manage supplier performance through business reviews and continuous improvement plans • Partner with commercial, operations, finance, legal, and product teams to align sourcing with business needs • Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risk to inform decisions • Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or delivery
through value improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier records in the ERP system • Resolve supplier disputes, quality issues, and delivery delays, communicating status proactively • Collaborate with transportation and logistics to optimize inbound supply chains and manage landed cost, including freight and duties to ensure
continuity of supply and supply chain risk mitigation. Partner with IT and Operations on system improvements Ensure integrity of supplier data in the ERP system, including costing, freight, and duties Work with Site Management, Customer Service, and Sales to develop plans for obsolete or slow-moving inventory
Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience and 6 years of purchasing or inventory control experience in a sales/distribution environment, including supply chain, distribution, warehouse, or logistics. In-depth knowledge of inventory management practices, procurement processes, and transportation/logistics requirements. Strong global sourcing and supplier management expertise, experience delivering cost savings and managing risk, strong SAP knowledge, and previous experience managing a remote team (preferred). Business English required. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in a Windows environment. ERP system proficiency with SAP preferred.

- Eastern North America, UK or Western Europe - must already have the ability to work in these regions/countries
