In this role you drive strategic partnerships with Global and Regional System Integrators to expand OneStream’s ecosystem and co-sell revenue. You influence market strategies, product alignment, and executive sponsorship to ensure partner success. You will work with cross‑functional teams to communicate OneStream’s value and secure scalable growth across Italy, Iberia, and partners. This is a high‑impact leadership position at a growth‑focused finance tech company with a global partner network.

• Develop, monitor, and achieve co‑sell revenue targets with GSIs and enablement goals for partners
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate OneStream messaging to System Integrators
• Build and scale capacity for sustainable year‑on‑year growth
• Align with Global and Regional System Integrators, regional sales, marketing, and product teams
• Ensure partners comply with OneStream Strategic Alliance policies
• Act as primary contact for alliance communications and conflict resolution
• Track and report objectives to executive management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partnership professionals

Responsabilità

• 10+ years in partner management, business development, or related
• 3+ years in partner management within enterprise application software
• Strong understanding of Corporate Performance Management and FP&A processes
• Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish
