Global Talent Acquisition Partner

Experteer Italy is looking for a professional to drive international talent acquisition for Technogym’s subsidiaries. In this role, you will work closely with HR partners to align recruitment with business strategy, build talent pipelines, and engage universities for long-term opportunities.

You will also act as a brand ambassador, enhancing Technogym’s market presence. The position requires 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in multinational settings, and fluency in English. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
