H&M is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to be based in Milan. In this full-time, permanent role, you will ensure alignment with global total rewards strategy, lead the execution of compensation and benefits programs, and provide expert guidance to senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields, proven experience in compensation and benefits, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, while additional languages are beneficial.
