Located in Italy, Bauhaus Re edition srl is expanding its digital presence and looking for specialists to strengthen its online strategy. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Google Strategist role based in Siena. The Google Strategist will plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and other relevant Google platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, audience segmentation, bid and budget management, A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, and continuous performance monitoring using Google Analytics and related tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and leadership to align campaigns with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. The Google Strategist will regularly prepare concise performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay up to date with the latest Google ecosystem developments and best practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and/or YouTube) and Google Analytics, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns. Ability to conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategy and structure. Experience creating, testing, and refining ad copy and landing page briefs in collaboration with creative and web teams. Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and attribution models to improve ROI and conversion rates. Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts such as SEO, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian language skills are a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications are highly desirable. Commitment to collaborative work, inclusive practices, and continuous learning within a cross-functional team.
