Government Affairs & Market Access Manager SPC

Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and execute national Market Access and Government Affairs strategies for Recordati’s SPC, aligning with global and local goals. You will shape value propositions, manage P&R dossiers, and coordinate evidence generation to secure patient access within the Italian health system. You will collaborate across functions to ensure an integrated, compliant market access approach and influence policy in support of innovation and access. This is a high-impact position with significant cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement.

• Define and implement national Market Access strategies across product lifecycles (pre-launch to post-launch)
• Coordinate national pricing and reimbursement activities and manage P&R dossiers
• Negotiate with competent authorities ensuring alignment with guidelines and economic objectives
• Develop forecasts and access scenarios for new and in-line products
• Build and maintain institutional relationships with ministries, AIFA, associations and scientific societies
• Monitor regulatory and policy changes and translate into business impact
• Coordinate HEOR, RWE, and economic models in support of access strategies
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on epidemiological and value models
• Lead cross-functional work with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance and Global functions
• Ensure full compliance with regulations, ethics, and company policies

Responsabilità

• Solid experience in Market Access and Pricing & Reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry in Italy
• Deep knowledge of the Italian National Health System and AIFA processes
• Strategic vision to translate policy into business opportunities
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Cross-functional leadership and collaborative mindset
• Autonomy, results orientation, and ability to operate in complex environments
