Graduate program, Finance
Descrizione dell'offerta
This is a graduate program that will flexibly expose you to a variety of projects, spanning from the internal financial management of the company to the integration of newly acquired businesses into our financial infrastructure. You'll work on genuinely hard problems—multi‑entity consolidations, acquisition due diligence, US GAAP and IFRS alignment—and build the technical foundations to grow rapidly into a finance professional.
Examples of responsibilities
- Technical accounting at real depth. Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, with IFRS alignment where required. Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows—in a context where the reporting framework evolves constantly as we acquire and integrate new businesses.
- Financial planning and control. Produce reporting that actually drives decisions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budget management, and ensure fiscal policies hold up as the business scales.
- Due diligence and post‑M&A integration. Support financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions and related restructuring activities. Contribute to post‑M&A integration, ensuring smooth financial, operational, and reporting alignment.
- Investor relations and fundraising support. Help prepare board meetings and minutes. Own financing to support M&A, engaging with banks, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
- Equity plans. Manage and optimize equity plans—implement, support team members on an ongoing basis, and evolve the programme as it grows.
Qualifications
- Reasoning ability. You can solve complex problems using first‑principles thinking and structure your ideas sharply, resisting biases and focusing on the details that matter.
- Drive. You are extremely ambitious, matching initiative, effort, and tenacity with that ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work and hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar.
- Team spirit. You give generously without expectation of return, support the best idea, not your own, and are reliable, honest, and transparent.
- Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
Benefits
- Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. Small, result‑oriented, autonomous teams alongside some of the brightest people in your field.
- An exceptional opportunity for growth. Individuals lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars and, if you have the potential, play essential roles in major projects.
- Competitive pay and access to equity. Typical salary ranges starting at £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere, with higher ranges for experienced candidates. Permanent contracts may include company equity at a discounted price.
- Flexible start date and part‑time options. Flexible start dates and the possibility to begin part‑time, transitioning to full‑time after degree completion.
- All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited learning and training, top‑market health insurance, rich relocation package, generous parental support, and an annual retreat to a stunning location.
