We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in Milan . This role is key to producing high-quality visual materials that effectively communicate our vision, support global projects, and strengthen the company’s visual identity.


ROLE

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing graphic and visual materials to support RIMOND’s marketing, communication, and branding activities. The role will work in synergy with the Marketing team to ensure visual consistency and creative innovation across all company projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create graphic materials for corporate presentations, brochures, technical reports, and other communication tools.
  • Produce corporate and marketing videos, delivering high-quality visual content that effectively supports communication efforts and promotes the company’s values.
  • Design digital content for the corporate website, social media, newsletters, and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, both online and offline.
  • Support the development of graphic materials for tenders and technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop graphics and technical illustrations supporting engineering projects.
  • Manage external suppliers for printing and production of promotional materials.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields, or an equivalent/relevant qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Canva , Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , Adobe Premiere Pro ).
  • Skills in creating content for web and social media .
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX ) and user interface (UI ) principles to design visual interfaces for digital platforms.
  • Creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactiveness and a desire to learn new technical skills.
