Overview
LPJ STUDIO is a boutique creative and digital agency working with curated portfolio of clients across fashion, hospitality and lifestyle. Our work sits at the intersection of brand building, e-commerce, editorial content and direct-to-consumers communications— always with an emphasis on quiet exclusivity, Italian craftsmanship and storytelling that lingers. We operate as a true extension of our clients internal teams: we deliver projects and run their day-to-day digital presence. We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Brand Coordinator to join our team and own the operational backbone across our client portfolio: e-commerce platforms, brand assets, CRM systems, and social media presence. This is a position for someone with strong technical instincts, an eye for aesthetic precision, and the appetite to learn the full operational craft of luxury brand communications.
Required
- 0–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, communications, fashion, or hospitality (internships, freelance work, and personal projects count).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion management, communications, design, or related field.
- Native or near-native Italian, plus fluent English (written and spoken). All client work happens in both languages.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop minimum) for print-quality output. Canva alone is not enough for this role.
- Aesthetic precision and attention to detail— luxury clients expect zero typos, zero misaligned pixels, zero missed deadlines.
- Genuine sensibility for luxury— you understand the difference between expensive and elegant.
- Discretion and professionalism— luxury clients are private about their work and customers. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Nice to have
- Experience with Squarespace, Shopify and Klaviyo flows
What We Offer
- Direct, daily exposure to high-profile luxury clients and projects that build a real portfolio.
- Cross-functional training across e-commerce, brand, content, email, and social
- Mentorship from senior practitioners with international agency and brand-side experience.
- A small team where your contribution is visible and valued, not lost in a corporate machine.
1. E-commerce operations
- Manage and maintain client e-commerce sites on Shopify and Squarespace end-to-end: product uploads, collection management, theme adjustments, inventory updates, pricing, and seasonal launches.
- Execute digital merchandising — curating homepage modules, product collection layouts, navigation hierarchies, and seasonal storytelling — translating brand campaigns into shoppable experiences.
- Provide customer service support for all orders or pre-sale inquiries, handled with the discretion and tone luxury customers expect.
- Maintain product catalogues: SKUs, metadata, alt-text, SEO product copy, image standards (size, aspect ratio, naming convention).
- Adapt to other CMS platforms as needed — you don't need to be expert on all, but you need to be unafraid of unfamiliar back-ends.
2. Branding & content creation
- Create and produce digital assets: social media graphics, email banners, web banners, presentation decks, e-commerce lifestyle imagery, lookbooks.
- Create and produce print assets: invitations, look cards, hangtags, packaging inserts, press releases, in-store collateral. Manage briefs with print suppliers (paper choice, finishing, delivery).
- Maintain graphic brand guidelines documentation: ensure typography, colour palette, photographic style, and tone are consistent across every touchpoint, digital and physical.
3. Email marketing & CRM
- Build and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo (priority platform for e-commerce clients).
- Set up and maintain automation flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, post-visit, win-back, VIP segmentation, loyalty.
- Draft email copy in line with client brand voice — refined, editorial, never transactional. Format and design emails for both desktop and mobile.
- Manage list segmentation and CRM hygiene: keep databases clean, segment audiences by purchase behaviour, geography, lifecycle stage, and engagement level.
- Monitor email performance: open rates, CTR, conversion, list growth. Flag underperforming campaigns and propose A/B tests.
4. Social media
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media activity across all social accounts for multiple clients.
- Draft caption copy, brief content for shoots, manage community engagement (comments, DMs, tags), and coordinate Stories routines.
- Maintain editorial calendars ensuring deliverables, approvals, and publication dates align across clients.
- Keep client profiles polished: bios, highlights, link-in-bio updates, monthly aesthetic reviews of the grid.
