Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB-funded project called:

Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is seeking experts to support the core team during this project.

Location: Bulgaria.

Duration: The project is expected to start in July 2025 (the “Start Date ”) and will last for 20 months from that date (the “Period of Implementation ”).

Qualifications and skills:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (minimum requirement ).
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement ).
• Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, or similar) is an asset .
• At least 10 years of professional experience in power system planning, grid integration of renewable energy, and energy infrastructure projects (minimum requirement ).
• Experience conducting grid impact assessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance reviews, as demonstrated in at least three projects listed in the CV (minimum requirement ).
• Knowledge of grid codes, transmission planning, and smart grid technologies is considered an asset .
• Experience working with EU power system operators and regulators is considered an asset .
