Job Description

The next Group Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Group CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:

• Lead all plant operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and top‑in‑class manufacturing standards across facilities in Italy, Germany, North Africa and central Europe.
• Oversee multisite daily operations across purchasing, production, logistics, quality control, and shipping department managers
• Collaborate with other C‑Suite executives to drive company growth
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation effectively, deploy outsourcing processes if cost effective
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group COO should have:

• A solid educational background in Engineering, management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in operational leadership within International Multisite Organizations
• Strong decision‑making and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication in both ENGLISH and GERMAN and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to manage and inspire cross‑functional teams effectively.
• Open to frequent international travels and extended stays abroad.
