Within the Group Chief Marketing Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource, who will work within the Group Brand & Digital Unit, reporting to the Group Head of Digital Marketing, driving strategic initiatives for Generali Group and elevating the digital performance of the group.Key ResponsibilitiesSteering Digital Products Vision, Strategy and Innovation:Ensure Digital Products Vision is in line with current Driving Excellence strategic plan execution and goalsLeverage customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and ensure a user-friendly, engaging experience that meets and exceeds customer expectationsContinuously scout and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovationDigital Performance steering, Digital Adoption & Customer Insights:Collect and consolidate digital performance data and customer insights from all BU to provide a holistic view of digital marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.Promote and track the adoption of digital tools and platforms across BUsImplement strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction, boost customer adoption through the right mix of promotion channels and touch pointLeverage customer insights and ensure a customer‑centric approach in all digital initiativesDeliver digital success within our Group Life Partner Strategy:Lead cross-functional digital enablement initiatives by aligning business unit needs with enterprise-wide transformation goals, ensuring measurable impact on operational efficiency and innovationMentor and upskill local digital champions within business units to foster autonomy in digital adoption, while maintaining alignment with corporate standards and governanceDrive strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to co‑develop scalable digital solutions tailored to evolving business challengesDriving and Managing Generative AI Trends & Solutions:In collaboration with AI team, monitor and assess generative AI trends and their potential impact on digital marketing strategies and customer engagementIn collaboration with AI team, define and implement AI-driven initiatives to enhance personalization, content creation, and automation across digital channelsIn collaboration with AI team, collaborate with technology teams and external partners to integrate responsible AI solutions aligned with corporate governance and ethical standardsIn collaboration with AI team, champion innovation by embedding AI capabilities into digital products and processes to deliver measurable business valueQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational or complex organizational environmentProven track record in digital strategy development, performance management, and digital product innovationStrong expertise in digital strategy design and execution, including omnichannel marketing and customer experience optimizationSolid understanding of AI-driven marketing solutions, personalization engines, and automation tools, with ability to assess and integrate emerging technologies for business impactProficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), marketing automation systems, and data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and innovation frameworksFluent EnglishSoft SkillsExceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plansStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with top-level executives and influencing decision-making at C‑suite levelExcellent communication and negotiation abilities across diverse teams and geographiesAbility to drive change, foster collaboration, and lead cross‑functional initiativesInnovative mindset with strong problem‑solving skillsHigh level of commitment and a genuine desire to make a difference, demonstrating passion for driving impactful digital transformation
