Group ITAM Process & Governance Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global ITAM process documentation and workflows.
• Ensure ITAM processes align with frameworks such as ITIL and ISO standards.
• Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives across multiple business units and regions.
• Monitor compliance and support internal and external audits related to ITAM processes.
• Collaborate with IT Architecture, Service Management, and IT Operations teams to align processes with technology strategy.
• Maintain RACI matrices and governance structures for clear ownership and accountability.
• Analyze KPIs and process performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support change management and training initiatives to increase process adoption.
• Ensure integration of ITAM processes with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other IT management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and ITAM governance frameworks.
• Experience in process design, documentation, and global process harmonization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM modules and enterprise IT management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Languages Italian and English

Details

Location: The position is based in Milan, with occasional business travel and the possibility of relocation to Luxembourg.
