Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Leadership Training team, who is in charge of supporting Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture talents, to accelerate the Group’s transformation, to foster diversity and inclusion across the Group and to enhance the perception of Generali as an employer of choice. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our leaders and talents and equip them for business and future challenges.

The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste .

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm the design of the content and format for the programs
  • Engage relevant stakeholders and manage the international network of external partners
  • Organize the structure of the events, e.g. meetings, workshops, virtual events and manage invitations
  • Prepare presentations and documents, using both Power Point and Excel
  • Define the communication plan of the initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Political Science, International Studies, Arts and Humanities
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • International exposure (study or work experience)
  • Prior work experience will be considered a plus
  • Strong presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Proactivity, motivation and positive thinking
  • Relationship management skills
  • Creative, curious, with strong attention to details and openness to challenges
  • Collaborative, open to learn and to feedback
