Group People Development & Training Specialist
Headquartered in Castelfidardo, Italy,
The Group People Development & Training Specialist, reports to the Group Chief HR Officer.
This role is responsible for designing and leading the company’s people development strategies and performance management processes, ensuring the growth of skills and the promotion of a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Career Development
· Design, implement, and continuously evolve career development frameworks and progression models across the Group, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
· Define and manage career paths and professional growth journeys for key roles and job families, aligned with business strategy and organizational needs.
· Partner with HR leadership and line managers to support internal mobility, succession planning, and talent retention through structured career development initiatives.
· Ensure career frameworks promote a culture of meritocracy, accountability, and long-term skill development.
Skills Assessment
· Design and implement skills assessment models to evaluate technical, professional, and leadership competencies across the organization.
· Develop and maintain skill mapping and competency frameworks, enabling a clear link between roles, required skills, and development actions.
· Support managers in identifying skill gaps and development priorities, translating assessment outcomes into targeted learning and development plans.
· Leverage HR systems and data to ensure consistency, reliability, and analytical rigor in skills evaluation processes.
Performance & Feedback Management
· Manage the annual performance evaluation cycle, from goal setting and mid-year reviews to final evaluations.
· Ensure performance evaluation mechanisms are transparent, fair, and data-driven, supporting differentiated performance outcomes.
· Develop and manage structured continuous feedback systems, fostering a culture of open dialogue, growth mindset, and ongoing performance improvement.
· Train and support managers in adopting effective feedback behaviors and integrating feedback into day-to-day people management practices.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in HR roles focused on people development, learning & development, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of performance management and learning methodologies, and feedback systems.
· Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging Performance, Learning, and Talent modules to drive scalable people development, performance management, and data-driven HR decision-making.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
