As Growth Director, you will be responsible for our consumer and merchant growth by working on acquisition, retention, and engagement across all European markets. You will work closely with our business intelligence and product teams and report to the CMO.
In particular, you will :
- Build and own the growth strategy for both consumers and merchants, focusing on full funnel optimization.
- Ensure strategy execution across all relevant channels: performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, promotions, and referrals.
- Coordinate growth projects cross-functionally with Tech, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
- Build and recruit a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
- Develop the customer lifecycle journey to increase activation, retention, and engagement, utilizing customer data, insights, and product features.
- Collaborate with the product team to implement, update, and improve marketing automation tools.
- Lead marketing automation operationally and culturally within the company.

- 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, CRM, analytics, or performance marketing.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing growth martech teams.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in marketplaces or B2B2C settings.
- Highly analytical, comfortable working with data and solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable), marketing automation platforms, measurement tools, and ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for creating data-driven experiments and exploring new marketing channels.
- Extensive data analytics and reporting experience in product and marketing growth areas.
- CRO and in-app experimentation experience.
- Proven success in implementing growth projects across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Italian, French, or German is a plus.

The role is based in Milan. Business trips may occur.
