As we prepare to launch, we’re looking for someone eager to help scale a category-defining product and boost brand awareness.
What You’ll Learn (Fast):
- How to build, optimize and manage a high-converting Shopify store
- How to run Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with real budgets and KPIs
- How to launch email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- How to track and improve conversion rates, AOV, and CAC
- How to build waitlists, landing pages, and funnels that perform
- How to craft messaging that sells and test what works
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Assist in building and optimizing our Shopify website
- Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Support with content creation and copy for ads, emails, and product pages
- Coordinate and support influencer marketing initiatives, from outreach to campaign analysis
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements
- Help manage the execution of D2C experiments and launches
- Research and test new tools, tactics, and channels
Who You Are:
- You’re driven and obsessed with learning
- You want to build things that matter, not just watch from the sidelines
- You’re analytical but also creative, and love figuring out what makes people click buy
- You are an AI whiz. You’re always trying to figure out how to reduce processing times by using AI
- You don’t wait for instructions. You proactively find ways to add value
- You treat this like your startup: When we ask for 100%, you give 150%
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Shopify or other CMS
- Ran ads or emails campaigns before (even for a side hustle or uni project)
- Familiar with Canva and Google Suite
