Descrizione dell'offerta

We are a fast-growing HR tech startup backed by leading international VCs, having raised €9M+ from 360 Capital, IFF, Kfund, and 14Peaks. We are a team of 30+ professionals passionate about shaping the future of talent assessment. Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

What You Will Do

  • Build GTM automations: Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows that power Skillvue's sales and go-to-market engine, from lead enrichment to pipeline orchestration.
  • Own the digital presence: Manage Skillvue's website, landing pages, and online assets, ensuring they perform, convert, and stay aligned with the product narrative.
  • Run product demo and test environments: Maintain and evolve the demo infrastructure that supports commercial storytelling across the full sales cycle.
  • Drive product analytics and insights: Own tracking, instrumentation, and analytics tooling to turn product usage data into actionable GTM intelligence.
  • Engineer the GTM stack: Evaluate, integrate, and extend the tools and systems that connect marketing, sales, and product, building custom solutions when off-the-shelf falls short.

What We're Looking For

  • Python and/or Node.js for scripting, automation, and API integration
  • Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda, EventBridge, or similar)
  • Product and web analytics tooling (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar): setup, instrumentation, and analysis
  • Agentic workflow design and maintenance

Above all: an engineering mindset. You build systems, not just use tools.

For us, attitude and soft skills are more important than hard skills or experience. If you think you're culturally a fit but lack the experience mentioned, you should still apply.

Strong alignment with our values:

  • Commitment: We want someone genuinely obsessed with making things work well — refining, improving, polishing until it's right. Not as a job, but as a craft. Someone who pushes through when things aren't good enough and finds energy in continuous improvement.
  • Ownership: We expect you to be very hands-on, owning problems end-to-end from diagnosis to deployed solution. We value someone who doesn't just tend to their own garden but actively tackles every challenge they encounter.
  • Courage: If you're the kind of engineer who protects "how things are done" or treats your current stack as sacred, this probably isn't the right fit. We need someone who runs toward what's new, experiments relentlessly, and sees change as an opportunity rather than a threat.

Which translates into the following mindset:

  • You work hard and hold yourself to a high standard
  • You're genuinely curious and persistent: you dig until you understand
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without waiting for perfect information
  • You're low-ego and high-output
  • You love demanding environments where you figure things out rather than follow a playbook

(Optional) Experience That Matters

  • Experience working on complex B2B or enterprise products
  • Real experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with HR tech, talent management, or assessment tools
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Background in or appreciation for behavioral science, psychology, psychometrics, or evidence‑based approaches
