Responsibilities
As Field Service Engineer – Site Manager, you will play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be responsible for:
- Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision making
- Leading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and quality
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross‑functional teams
- Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
Qualifications
- Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experience
- Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries
- Display a strong customer service‑orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
- EU Passport or European Work permit required
Travel & Working Conditions
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities
