Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with senior Industrial leadership to translate business strategy into people and talent actions. You will drive HR initiatives that support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability in high‑performing industrial environments. You’ll foster a constructive employee climate, lead end‑to‑end talent processes, and leverage data to guide decisions. This position sits at the intersection of transformation, sustainability, and people excellence, helping Gucci build a sustainable, skilled industrial workforce.

- Act as strategic advisor to Industrial leaders on people, organizational, and leadership matters
- Translate business strategy into effective HR and talent actions for industrial environments
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Ensure positive employee relations in collaboration with legal and industrial relations stakeholders
- Drive implementation of end-to-end talent processes (performance, talent reviews, succession, development)
- Support leaders in managing performance issues with fairness and consistency
- Assess skill gaps and future capability needs within industrial functions
- Support reskilling and upskilling aligned with innovation, transformation, and sustainability goals
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in law/economics/political science
- Proven background as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Significant experience in HR leadership roles within industrial, manufacturing, or operations environments, preferably in luxury or fashion
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leadership
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee relations in industrial contexts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments
- Hands‑on, pragmatic, people‑oriented mindset with strategic thinking
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
